Cancellation insurance
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance when booking!
Cancellation insurance Europäische Reiseversicherung:
Not so seldom it comes differently than one thinks and the booked vacation must be cancelled or prematurely interrupted.
We would like to save you the associated costs and trouble.
Therefore we recommend the conclusion of a hotel cancellation insurance of the Europäische Reiseversicherung (incl. free Covid coverage).
In the event of a border or hotel closure or lockdown, you can cancel free of charge, even at short notice after consultation with the insurance company.

Deposit
A deposit of 40% of the total amount will be deducted from your account upon booking
A deposit during the stay period from May 1st to November 31st. every year is not necessary.
Final payment
If you stay between December 1st. and April 30th of each year, the remaining amount will be automatically debited 60 days before arrival.
If you stay between May 1st. and 31.11. Every year the total amount is debited 8 days before arrival
Payment methods
The guest is free to choose the following payment methods.
Maestro, Visa and Mastercard
Check-In
The apartment/room is available to the guest from 16:00 on the day of arrival.
The arrival is possible until 20:00 o’clock.
Check-Out
On the day of departure, the guest has to check out of the apartment/room by 09:30 am.
Cancellation conditions
Winter period (December 1st to April 30th each year)
We will retain the deposit (40% of the total price) up to 60 days before arrival
within 60 days before arrival 100% of the total price
If you do not show up, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Summer period (May 1st – November 31st each year)
Cancel free of charge up to 8 days before arrival and then 100% of the total price.
If you do not show up, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Pets
The accommodation of pets of any kind is not allowed in the apartment. If pets are brought, the apartment will not be rented. Cancellation fees will be charged in the same way as for non-arrival.
Stay
The apartment may only be used by the persons listed in the booking. If the apartment is used by more persons than agreed, a separate fee is to be paid for them, which is determined in the rental price. The landlord also has the right to terminate the rental contract without notice in this case. Cancellation costs will be incurred as in the case of non-arrival.
Subletting and transfer of the apartment to third parties is not allowed.
The rental contract may not be passed on to third parties. The tenant agrees to the general terms and conditions as well as the house rules. The declaration of consent is made with the payment. In case of violation of the general terms and conditions or the house rules, the landlord is entitled to terminate the lease immediately and without notice. A legal claim for repayment of the rent or compensation does not exist.
